eggs

so, last friday, after i got off of work (345-7am shift) i went to the grocery store to pick up some eggs, fruit, and milk. i walked back to my car, opened the door, put the eggs on top of the car while i put the other bag inside, shut the door, started my car...and started back to islandwood. when i got back to islandwood, i took out my bag and looked for the eggs. i wondered where in the world they were! then, i remembered...oh, no! i fogot to take them off the roof (maybe i had been up too long) and they were on the road somewhere. i was upset...and shocked that i left the eggs on top of the car! then, i remembered that when i was driving, people were looking at my car all crazy. but no one said anything!!!!!!

later that day, my friends said they saw my eggs....on the road, about a mile away from my work!

so, today, a week later....i was on my way home from work again, and i saw a rug fall off of the roof of the car in front of me! i thought about if i should tell them or not, then...i remembered my eggs. i hurried to the intersection, and luckily, we were side by side. i honked, did the roll down the window motion...and told them about the rug. they were shocked, immediately backed up in the intersection...and went to get the rug. they were very thankful.

i was happy that i could help them out....and now i know why the egg catastrophe happened to me :)
